A little okay- Childrens book

A little okay follows a young girl navigating what a wellbeing response looks like. She brainstorms with her mum the things that spark joy in her life and uses this as a resource for when she is not feeling ‘okay’ throughout days, weeks and months. As she grows older she becomes more resilient as she becomes familiar with her wellness plan.
